I think 13” handguard on 16” barrel looks more purposeful. The only advantage I can think of on 15” is sight radius. You don’t really get more space for hands on the 15” since flashlights need to be set back to avoid muzzle blast. Unless you’re a yeti, you might see if your hands can reach the extra two inches of the 15” handguards.
